There is a limited quantity for each size, and each print will be signed and numbered by the artist. All prints must be picked up at the Washington Fair Office located at 2151 North Main St. Washington, PA 15301.

Renowned artist James Sulkowski received his education from the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Art, Carnegie Mellon University, and the Art Students League of New York with Frank Mason and Robert Beverly Hale. His works have been showcased in prestigious venues such as the White House, the Metropolitan Opera House in New York City, and international historical museums. Since first offering classes in 1981, he has instructed hundreds of students at his studio, universities, and workshops nationwide. James has contributed to publications like American Artist and American Art Review, authored his first full-length book, "Mastering Oil Painting," in 2013, and hosted the instructional show "Let's Paint" for eleven seasons. His work has been featured in the collections of President and Mrs. George H.W. Bush, The Metropolitan Opera of New York, The Abdul Azziz Museum in Jedda, Saudi Arabia, The Hotel Lafayette in Nemacolin Woodlands Resort, and Carnegie-Mellon University.
